Rooted in Support

Parent Coaching + Consulting

Parenting a child with unique needs is no easy task, especially when you’re navigating behaviors tied to trauma, adoption, or sensory processing. That’s why I created Rooted in Support, a personalized coaching package designed to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence you need to foster a thriving relationship with your child.

What’s Included

When you sign up for Rooted in Support, you’re not just getting coaching—you’re getting a roadmap to lasting change, tailored specifically to your family’s needs. This package includes:

  • 6 One-on-One Coaching Sessions: We’ll meet over three months to dive deep into your child's specific behaviors and create a personalized action plan.

  • Weekly Virtual Support: Ongoing access to me between sessions via email or text to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

  • Session Recaps and Actionable Activities: After each session, you’ll receive a detailed summary, along with simple, practical strategies to implement at home.

What does a coaching + consulting session look like?

Each session is designed to address your family’s unique challenges. We’ll start by discussing recent behaviors and identifying patterns that may be affecting your child’s emotional regulation. From there, we’ll work together to create strategies rooted in my ROSE approach—Recognize, Organize, Stop, and Engage—helping you navigate your child’s needs in real time. You’ll leave every session with concrete tools, tailored activities, and a step-by-step plan for supporting your child’s sensory and emotional needs. It’s all about building your confidence and making sure you feel empowered to handle even the toughest moments.

No more crossing fingers and hoping everything will turn out. No more second-guessing yourself. With Rooted in Support, you’ll have the clarity and direction you need to lead your family with peace and confidence.
